SignPack helps small teams prepare consistent Gmail and Outlook signatures without connecting to employee mailboxes. The fastest support requests include the email client, the template or employee variant you are working on, and whether you are using the free generator or Team Lite.
Install and HTML help
Tell us where the signature is being installed: Gmail, Outlook desktop, Outlook web, Apple Mail, or another client. Include any paste, spacing, image, link, or mobile fallback issue you see.
Team Lite and billing
For Team Lite questions, include the Google account used at checkout, the company name, and whether you need saved templates, employee variants, checkout recovery, or billing support.
Rollout handoff details
If you are preparing a team rollout, share the team size, brand rules, campaign link requirements, disclaimer text, and the approval path your team follows before installation.
For privacy, billing, and legal questions, SignPack uses brand-domain contact addresses only. The public form opens your email app so the thread stays readable for your team and ours.
