Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made for SignPack at https://getsignpack.com, including the Team Lite monthly subscription and any SignPack checkout product made available through Creem.
2. Team Lite subscriptions
Team Lite is billed by Creem. You can cancel before the next renewal from the billing portal or by contacting billing@getsignpack.com if you cannot access the portal.
- You can request a refund within 7 days of the first Team Lite charge if you have not used the paid team rollout features in a production rollout.
- Renewal charges are generally final after the new billing period starts, unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund prior completed billing periods.
3. Eligible refund reasons
- Duplicate charge for the same account and billing period.
- Checkout or webhook error that prevented access after successful payment.
- Accidental first purchase reported quickly and before meaningful paid use.
- A legal right to cancel or request a refund in your location.
4. Ineligible refund reasons
- Completed signature rollout work after paid features were used successfully.
- Rendering differences caused by third-party email clients, corporate mail gateways, or recipient mail settings.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date after prior successful use.
- Requests connected to abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or policy violations.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@getsignpack.com with:
- The Google account email used for SignPack.
- The Creem checkout, invoice, or receipt identifier if available.
- The product name, charge date, and refund reason.
- Any screenshots or error messages that explain the issue.
We usually respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method through Creem or the payment provider timeline.
6. Support before refunds
Many signature rendering or install issues can be fixed quickly. For product help before a refund request, contact support@getsignpack.com and include the email client you are using, such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or mobile mail.
