Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of SignPack at https://getsignpack.com. By using SignPack, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Service

SignPack provides email signature tools for individuals and small teams, including:

• A clean HTML email signature generator for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile fallback workflows.
• Campaign link and UTM helpers for signature banners and contact links.
• Rollout checklists and install notes for team signature launches.
• Team Lite, a monthly subscription for saved team templates, employee variants, and campaign consistency.

SignPack does not access your mailbox, send emails on your behalf, or require Google Workspace admin permissions. You install generated signatures by copying and pasting the HTML into your own email client settings.

3. Accounts

SignPack uses Google account sign-in only. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you use with SignPack and for activity performed through your authenticated session.

• Use accurate account and billing information.
• Keep your Google account secure.
• Contact support@getsignpack.com if you believe your SignPack account or subscription was used without permission.

4. Acceptable use

• Use SignPack for lawful email signature creation, team rollout, and related business workflows.
• Do not use SignPack to impersonate people or organizations, mislead recipients, distribute malware, or violate third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, payment, rate limits, security controls, or service availability protections.
• Do not upload or enter content that you lack the right to use in email signatures.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Team Lite is billed through Creem. Prices, billing cycle, and product details are shown before checkout. Subscription access depends on successful payment and webhook processing.

• Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
• Taxes, payment authorization, invoices, and disputes may be handled by Creem or the payment method provider.
• Canceling stops future renewals; it does not remove signatures already copied into your email client.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of names, logos, URLs, banners, contact details, and other signature content you enter. You grant SignPack permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

7. Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve SignPack, maintain security, or meet operational requirements. We aim to keep paid account-impacting changes reasonable and reviewable.

8. Disclaimers and liability

SignPack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that generated signatures will render identically in every email client, because Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile clients, and company mail systems can each apply their own restrictions.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, SignPack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You may stop using SignPack at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
