SignPack uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the site secure, support Google-only sign-in, resume Team Lite checkout, and measure product performance.

• Authentication cookies from Better Auth and Google OAuth keep your SignPack session active.
• Security cookies help protect login and checkout flows.
• Local browser storage may remember pending Team Lite checkout intent for up to 24 hours.
• Framework and hosting cookies may be used for routing, performance, and reliability.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move from landing pages to signature creation, Google sign-in, checkout, and subscription events. The current GA4 measurement ID is G-8N5HBQDRKT.

Analytics may include pages visited, referrers, UTM parameters, event names, approximate device data, and interaction timing. We use this to improve SignPack and measure whether product and SEO work produces real usage.

4. Payment and third-party services

• Google may set cookies or use browser account state for Google sign-in and Google Identity Services.
• Creem may set cookies or similar technologies during checkout, payment confirmation, subscription management, and fraud prevention.
• Vercel and infrastructure providers may process technical cookies or logs needed to serve and secure the site.

• Blocking essential cookies may prevent Google sign-in, checkout resume, or account pages from working.
• You can use browser privacy tools or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to limit analytics collection.
