1. Overview
SignPack helps people create clean HTML email signatures, Gmail and Outlook rollout notes, campaign links, and small-team signature packs at https://getsignpack.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about your data.
SignPack uses Google account sign-in only. We do not run a separate public email/password registration system for SignPack.
SignPack does not request Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or mailbox read/send access. The generator creates copy-ready signature HTML, and teammates paste it into their own mail client.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Google account profile information you authorize, such as name, email, and avatar.
- Session identifiers needed to keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Subscription status and product access records for Team Lite.
Product information
- Signature fields you type into the generator, such as name, role, company, links, banners, and campaign URLs.
- Local browser checkout intent used to resume Team Lite checkout after Google sign-in.
- Support messages you send to support@getsignpack.com, billing@getsignpack.com, legal@getsignpack.com, or team@getsignpack.com.
- Team Lite master templates and employee variants that you explicitly save after checkout.
Usage and technical information
- Pages visited, button clicks, referrers, UTM parameters, device/browser details, IP-derived security signals, and error logs.
- Google Analytics events for product quality, attribution, and conversion measurement. The current GA4 measurement ID is G-8N5HBQDRKT.
- Payment metadata received from Creem when you start or complete checkout.
3. How we use information
- Provide the email signature generator and Team Lite account features.
- Authenticate Google sign-in sessions and protect against account abuse.
- Resume checkout, process Team Lite billing through Creem, and maintain subscription access.
- Answer support, billing, legal, and product questions.
- Measure landing page, generator, checkout, and subscription performance.
- Debug errors, secure the service, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate SignPack:
- Google for account sign-in and Google Analytics measurement.
- Creem for checkout, subscription status, and payment processing.
- Vercel and related infrastructure providers for hosting, logs, security, and delivery.
- Email and support tooling used to respond from SignPack brand-domain addresses.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep account, billing, support, and security records for as long as needed to provide SignPack, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Signature inputs used in the browser may remain in your local device state unless you clear them.
6. Your choices
- You can sign out of Google-authenticated sessions from the account menu.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data by contacting legal@getsignpack.com.

- You can ask billing questions or request subscription help at billing@getsignpack.com.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, Google OAuth, server-side session checks, payment webhooks, and access controls to protect SignPack. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact support@getsignpack.com if you notice unusual account or billing activity.
